Gary Chaney, Vice - President Gary W. Chaney - Attorney at Law Gary Chaney, who opened his private law office in 2005, has been a member of the chamber since 1994. He graduated from the University of Houston in 1992 with a degree in law and Texas A & M University in 1987 with a degree in accounting. Chaney is a Certified Public Accountant with the Texas Board of Public Accountancy. He is a member of the Austin County Bar Association and past president, the State of Texas Bar Association in the Family Law section, the Waller County Bar Association and president-elect, and the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi. Prior to opening his private practice, Chaney worked for Chaney and Chaney from 1999 to 2005, Conner, Cantey, Clover, Chaney and Walters from 1994 to 1999 and Nolen and Chaney from 1992 to 1994. He is licensed to practice in all state courts of Texas, United States District Court Southern District of Texas and the United States District Court Western District of Texas.
