Ryan was always entrepreneurial in nature and treated every job in this manner, taking ownership and extreme pride in everything he did. He then quickly started his own business in the landscape, excavation and construction industries. Over the next 15 years, he helped build this company into a very reputable business in the community. During this time, he also served as President and Founder of the local youth football league along with coaching football and softball in all levels up to Varsity. Ryan and his family always aspired of moving to the south to expand their business and enjoy better weather and southern hospitality. They were successful in selling their business which allowed them to make this journey. During this transition, Ryan found an amazing opportunity as an operations manager in the quartz manufacturing industry. With his can-do attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, he then helped build 3 manufacturing plants from dirt to full 24/7 operations over the next 8 years. Ryan then helped his friend in Hilton Head, SC, operationalize his custom home building business until he was called back into the quartz manufacturing industry. Ryan now resides in Sealy where he is looking to become a valuable member to the community as director of manufacturing for Hendrix Industries who will be a leader in the quartz industry with a team of up to 150+ when they achieve 24/7 operation.

Ryan is first and foremost a proud husband, father of 4 and grandfather of 2. This is where Ryan loves to spend his time while not at work. He enjoys the outdoors and staying active. Ryan is very passionate about common sense leadership principles, coaching our next generation of great leaders, and always trying to continuously improve in every aspect of life.
