Larry Kuciemba is the owner of Paramount Promotions located in Sealy, Texas. In addition to the owner of Paramount Promotions he is also the Bellville Economic Development Corporation Executive Director and part owner of the Green Bay Packers.
He has been part owner of the team since 1997.
Larry is a proud father and grandfather of three sons, two granddaughter and one grandson.
Larry has degrees in JD (Law), BBA (Accounting) and AA (Accounting). In his spare time he enjoys his work with C.H.A.M.P. (Charitable Heroes Achieving Memorable Performances).

A proud native Texan, I was raised in Katy and graduated from James E. Taylor High School before earning my degree from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). I’m a proud Sigma Chi alumnus and Life Loyal Sig. As the owner of WM Graphix in Sealy, I bring over 26 years of experience in marketing and graphic design, earning recognition as an award-winning designer. Outside of work, I’m passionate about running and enjoy participating in everything from local 5Ks to long-distance races.

Tori Fisher was born and raised in Richmond, Texas. She moved to Sealy in 2008 when she met her husband, Mike Fisher. She is the mother of three daughters, Zoey, Kinsley, and Khloey.
She has a degree in Business Management from Sam Houston State University. Tori began her career as an accountant for an Oil and Gas company soon after graduation.
After the birth of her girls, she decided to stay home and help with the family business, M&M Disposal.
In 2020, her and her husband bought out the partnership in M&M Disposal. Tori manages the office and day to day activities, while her husband runs the maintenance side of the business. Tori said, “I love owning a company in small town where everyone knows you and everyone is so friendly.”
Tori recently joined the Sealy Rotary Club and looks forward to serving as a board member for the Sealy Chamber. She enjoys being involved in the community and meeting new people.

Vince Wollney is a third generation Texan that was born and raised in the Houston area. He moved to Austin, TX in 2002 where he married his wife Lisa. He has 20 years of finance experience and is a top producer for his company.
Since joining Movement Mortgage Co. Vince has been able to help many people finance their home.
He has also been able to help companies bring additional benefits to their employees with the mortgage and realtor employee benefits plan.
He enjoys being in a place in his life that he can to give back to the community. Golf is a favorite past time and he is working on earning his private pilot license.
Keep an eye out! You will find Vince at most chamber functions.

Dr. Hallmark has been serving as the Superintendent of Sealy ISD schools the last two years.
He spent the first seven years of his career as a social studies teacher and coach before moving into administration and went on to serve in many different administrative roles.
In total, he has 22 years of experience in public education. His educational background includes a Doctorate degree from Texas A&M University, a Master’s degree from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Tarleton State University.
Dr. Hallmark’s wife, Andrea Hallmark is a teacher at Sealy Elementary. They have two children, Cole and Carly. Dr. Hallmark likes to spend his time away from school hunting, fishing, or watching sports.
His passion in education is to make sure ALL students are prepared for their future.

Board of Directors Commitment Pledge
By becoming personally and corporately involved in the Chamber’s issues, programs, and activities, you will ensure your own company’s growth and prosperity while building an even stronger voice for business through the Sealy Chamber of Commerce.
Each member of the Board of Directors is expected to fulfill a three-year term and agree to the following commitments on an annual basis:
Oversight
* Maintain the Chamber in a strong fiscal and strategic position by adopting an annual budget, providing fiscal oversight, and supporting fundraising activities.
* Maintain the confidentiality of all Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings.
* While serving as a member of the Board of Directors, not serve on the Boards of any other chambers that represent part of Austin County.
* Avoid any actions that would put the organization at risk for antitrust violations.
* Disclose any conflicts of interest at the start of the year and throughout the year and take appropriate steps to avoid any appearance of impropriety.
* Ensure that the Chamber’s programs and activities directly support its mission and are focused for success.
* Actively support the Chamber’s programs, policies, and operations, and oversee their implementation.
Participation and Outreach
* Attend and actively participate in regular monthly Board meetings (be absent from no more than three (3) meetings per year) and prepare by reviewing Board materials in advance
* Be present at and participate in the annual Board training and planning retreat. (Mandatory)
* Actively participate on at least one Sealy Chamber committee.
* Represent the Chamber leadership by participating in all major Chamber events (Banquet and Golf Tournament)
* Actively attend at least 50% of all Chamber Sponsored Events, such as Governmental Luncheon, Network Luncheons, Ribbon Cuttings and Business After Hours.
* Actively engage in fundraising for the Chamber through sponsorship of, or solicitation of sponsorship for the Chamber’s annual membership campaign and the Chamber’s major annual events, monthly events, and ticket sales.
* Make individual/corporate financial contributions, as well as contributions of time and expertise.
* Be an active ambassador for the Sealy Chamber by assisting with membership retention and development and personally recruiting/referring at least three (3) new members each fiscal year (January-December).
It takes a dedicated team of Volunteer Leaders to oversee the Governance of the organization.
